For this workshop, our emphasis is less about sonnets and more about authenticity. Its about message over rhyme. Through readings, discussions and writing exercises, we:

• Explore structures and take our pick with nothing forced
• Sharpen our words as we lift our messaging as we coax our words into the sublime
• Consider transformation and surprise ourselves through lots of writing prompts
• Escape forced rhyme while we focus on the rhythm of our thoughts
• Bring pen and paper or a laptop to write reams!
