Pick Your Own Sunflowers

We have opened our fields again for Pick Your Own Sunflowers. It will be a beautiful day out.

Bring your doggies, bring your kiddies, dress up in your finest Sunflower dresses and hats and shirts and don't forget to bring your own secateurs as you have to cut the sunflowers yourself and this time the stems are quite thick.

We are in Wamuran, just 12 kilometres west of Caboolture and about 15 from the Bruce Highway.

We do have wheelchair access around the field if it stays dry this week, but the ground is bumpy in places.

We are open this SATURDAY AND SUNDAY from 8am to 2pm. Remember the early bird catches the best sunflowers.

There is an entry fee of $15 for everyone and for that price you can cut yourself 7 flowers. All children 12 years and younger are free to get in, but they don't get flowers - maybe they could help you pick yours?

Our Moreton Bay is such a beautiful place so come and make a day of it. We're about 20 minutes from restaurants in Woodford, we are 15 minutes from the D'Ag Pub in D'Aguiliar. We are just 35 minutes from Bribie Island and you'll pass the famous Sandstone Point Hotel on the way to Bribie. We are even a 45 minute drive down the range from Oceanview Winery. Lots of things to do around here.

We will be selling our sunflower honey and strawberries freshly picked from the farms in Wamuran (it's strawberry season here in Wam).
