Embrace the light but vibrant, complex flavours of Japanese cuisine in Project Salubrious' latest cooking class. Get hands on creating favourites like karaage chicken, okonomiyaki, tempura veggies and more - perfect as a multicourse feast (like you’ll enjoy on the night), or easily made individually as a satisfying midweek snack.

The class will follow the Project Salubrious philosophy of no gluten, grains, dairy, refined sugar or soy (yes, it's possible with Japanese food), and use local ingredients from local growers. It's perfect for boosting your repertoire after a diagnosis or to treat coeliac loved ones, but the menu’s sure to impress your fussiest foodie mate.
