Join Burpengary's Project Salubrious for a farm-to-fork feast of 5 courses with matching wines, showcasing the grassfed lamb of Rising Sun Farm.

Enjoy a selection of lamb cuts prepared using a range of techniques, alongside fresh seasonal produce from Moreton Bay suppliers. All dishes will follow Project Salubrious' philosophy of no gluten, grains or dairy, and draw on chef Kurt Lovell's background in fine dining.

Farmer Bradley Bull will share the story of how his culinary background (and a vow to never eat pork) led to him becoming a meat producer while setting aside over 300 acres of bushland under environmental protection.
